Yin Hong's 2019 Annual meeting summary

Time flies, another year in a flash. At the end of 2019, all colleagues of Yinhong company gathered in Suzhou Taihu cowboy Street resort for a 2-day Team-building activity and year-end summary meeting.

The first day was mainly for team building. The next morning, the group tour of the resort was held and employees brought their relatives and family members to accompany the tour. The annual meeting started at 1:00 p.m. The management leaders of all departments reported the work summary and 2020 plan .The ceremony ended with a fantastic dinner accompanied with the draws, where colleagues won presents either cash or materials.

Meet a better team

This expansion focused on integration, focusing on communication, emotion, and cohesion, to enhance the emotional exchange between people, and to strengthen the link between people and the team. The way to make a group more cohesive is to get them together to accomplish a goal or overcome a difficulty.


Highlights of the Team building

 This team building activity made everyone realize that as a team member, to accomplish one thing together, they need to have the same goals, work together, and help each other. Responsibility, execution, and learning affect the healthy development of a small team and the entire company. The development of the company is inseparable from every employee, and the development of the individual is also inseparable from the support of the company. We need to have an up-to-date heart and work hard to implement the action. In the process of implementation, we will target and analyze and adjust in a timely manner. This is a big family with a virtuous circle.

The annual party dinner was underway, toasting together to thank this year, looking forward to a better year!

At the end of 2019, the conference focused on the summary of the main work of the year, feedback on issues, and the 2020 plan. The conference reports were reported by the relevant persons in charge of domestic marketing, international marketing, technical department, production department, procurement department, and finance department in turn, and everyone accepted questions and answers. Finally, general manager David Chen   conducted the company's company operations and matters for the past year. 




After working hard for a year, everyone has worked hard in the post and grew up in the years. We are fortunate to be together and work together, along with the company's development and prosperity.
